Adi Yehezkeli is an entrepreneur in the fields of food tech and sustainability, and the co‑founder and CEO of Fabumin. This is the second company she has founded in the alternative protein space, following "Human Nature", a company that produces vegan cheeses. Both ventures were born from the search for ethical and innovative food solutions that reduce animal suffering and minimize the environmental impact of the food industry. Her work has earned her international recognition, including being selected as a Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellow for 2023.
